Kandooj Residential Complex is positioned at a critical confluence between the Caspian Sea and the Anzali Wetland, establishing the groundwork for a dual ecological living quality. The architectural concept is rooted in a contemporary reinterpretation of the archetypal kandooj structure and the vernacular roof forms of Gilan.
